Chapter President of the Year

The Chapter President of the Year award is to be given to a nominee that is a Registered, active member in TSPS and a sitting chapter president or an immediate past president who has exhibited outstanding service to the Chapter of which they are president. Isidro served as President and Vice-President of the Gulf Coast Chapter 9. He received his Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science in 2000 from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. He is also very active on the state level serving as a State Director and the University Advisory Liaison for the Education Committee. He brought back some old events that folks were missing. He coordinated a combined Chapter Meeting with the Shane & Connor Show held at the Klein High School to share that success and inspire others across the state to help in their local schools. He brought back the monthly Chapter newsletter to share important information and highlight different board members. His leadership has made a difference for the Gulf Coast Chapter 9.
